Flow Force Technologies have recently completed the successful commissioning of weighing and sampling equipment at a new mineral sands project in Senegal.

The equipment included 5 series 2A impact weighers’ samplers and 10 Series 1D dry product cross cut samplers. The two products have been developed by Flow Force in conjunction with the Australian Mineral Sands Industry. They feature Heavy Duty smart construction that minimises wear points by using industry proven “sand box” techniques, thereby avoiding the need for special internal lining materials. This Flow Force equipment is used to measure and sample process streams of heavy metal concentrates including Rutile, Zircon, Ilmenite and Leucoxene.
